The Lodge at Bridal Veil Falls

The Lodge at Bridal Veil Falls (Now called Hidden Falls Events) is one of the most perfect venues for wedding photos, so when Aryn and Eddie contacted me about shooting their wedding in such a beautiful spot, I was smitten already. As Aryn explained it, the venue was more garden than rustic, and they chose to enhance the natural beauty of the Lodge at Bridal Veil Falls rather than to bend it into any particular theme.

Ah, my heart! These two were so in love, and getting to see Eddie act so playfully with his bride during the ceremony and reception was so fun. Aryn was as beautiful as any bride could be, and I think she glowed a little more because of all the love showered on her by her family and her groom.

Aryn did an exceptional job planning their wedding, choosing colors, flowers, and details that brought the Lodge at Bridal Veil Falls to life. Her taste was spot on, and I especially loved the sea foam green that made everything else pop! Shout out to Clementine Botanical Art for the absolutely gorgeous florals. Both the bouquets and the centerpieces looked like they arrived from a garden heaven. And don’t even get me started on the floral piece she made for the ceremony arch! It was the perfect accent behind Aryn and Eddie, and added just the right amount of color.

The Lodge at Bridal Veil Falls is full of beautiful spots, but one of my favorites is the gorgeous moss-covered tree where Aryn and Eddie chose to say their vows. A waterfall flows nearby, and the trees around provide just the right amount of shade, while still allowing patches of sunlight to fall through the leaves.

Easily one of the best parts of the entire day: the party! Aryn’s parents were practically living on the dance floor, which really encouraged all the guests to get out and boogey. San Antonio wedding DJ Jesse Vallado really knew how to keep the party going, and everyone had a great time dancing the night away. Throughout the day, the joy was tangible, almost overflowing from the venue. I’m sure all their guests will agree: Aryn and Eddie’s wedding at the Lodge at Bridal Veil Falls pretty much will go down in history as one of the most fun weddings of all time.
