How long will my online gallery stay active?
Online galleries will be password protected and available for one year after the delivery date. Please remember to ALWAYS back up your images to a backup drive.

HAVE YOU SHOT AT MY VENUE BEFORE?
We’ve shot at many venues in the area, so there is a very good chance that we have. However, if we haven’t, we will be sure to perform a thorough walkthrough with you prior to your wedding day.

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
Yes, I do. I take very limited destination weddings per year. Please email at hello@monicaroberts.com so we can get all of the details together for your wedding date.

DO YOU DELIVER EVERY IMAGE?
No, we do not. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focus shots, shot with bad expressions, and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery.

WHAT RIGHTS WILL I HAVE TO THE DIGITAL IMAGES?
You have the right to reprint images whenever you want, wherever you want. However, you may not sell your images for profit or publish your images without the written consent of Monica Roberts Photography.

How do I book my wedding with you?
A retainer of 25% of the collection total and a signed contract are required to book your wedding photography services. The final payment is due 45 days prior to the wedding day.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND FOR PHOTOS?
For portrait sessions, the turnaround time is 14 business days. For weddings, the turnaround time is up to 4 weeks.

HOW MANY IMAGES DO I GET?
For portrait sessions, I typically deliver around 55 images. For weddings, I typically deliver 75+ images per hour. This is just an average.

DO YOU HAVE BACKUP GEAR?
Absolutely! I have several camera bodies (Digital and Film bodies) and several lenses. Your photos are safe with me! All of my camera bodies have a dual card slot. This means that every photo I take is backed up to 2 different cards within my camera.

WHO IS YOUR SECOND SHOOTER?
All of my second shooters have been with me for multiple (5+ years) years. Some of them are seasoned wedding photographers with their own business and some of them are seasoned portrait photographers that shoot exclusively with me.
