Oh… how I love a good family / maternity session!! I live for weddings… but would love to add more family and maternity sessions to my 2018 calendar! They are sooo much fun!!

Sunset Family Session at the McNay in San Antonio, TX

After having to reschedule to due rain (and I am so glad we did…because the weather was amazing) we were finally able to have this family session at The McNay. We decide to use the inside grounds for most of the session- and it turned out to be AMAZING!! I absolutely love the McNay!

Here are a few of my favorite!

Those gorgeous blue eyes! This little two year old kept us all on our toes…!

This family is just gorgeous! 

Location:

One of the things I love about the McNay are the many options for photographs. We hung out on the outside grounds for about 30 minutes before heading inside. We were able to grab a few photos from a few different spots during this time.

Ah….how cute is he?!!

This little cutie is smart, funny and wild. He loves cheesing for pictures– which I absolutely love!

and we cannot forgot about Dad— how sweet is this moment?! love it! 

The Family

This sweet family moved to the San Antonio area a few years ago— and absolutely love it here! They were so laid back and was up for pretty much anything!

Its easy to get overwhelmed for your family session— but the biggest advice I can give you is: let you chid/children be themselves! These are always my clients (and mine) favorite images- and it really makes for a more relaxed session! 

Someone is excited to be a BIG brother!!! 

I such mom away to get a few images of her by herself… and I love them!!! This is possibly one of my favorites!!  

This is towards the end of the session— I know I was slowly losing this little cuties attentions span- lol and I’m sure by this time– he was getting pretty bored ha! 

If you are ever wondering how most family sessions go– with little ones– this one photo sums it up! He had my laughing so hard by the end of this session!! 

Congratulations to this beautiful family! I had so much fun!!
