Port Aransas Beach Photographers
Because…… Its SUMMER TIME! We’ve decided this year to make beach trips (Port Aransas, Texas) part of our summer. Previous years we’ve stuck pretty close to home with visits to the zoo, park, etc. The beach is just a short 2 hour drive from us.. so, why not?! The kids love the beach.. making sand castles, playing in the water, picnic’s on the beach and just a fun day in the sun and sand. Plus, we love it, too. 🙂
I decide on this Port Aransas beach trip to shoot most of our mini-vacation on Black and White film. Why?! Simple… I love black+white film. There’s something about a black and white image… no words need to be spoken… they’re timeless.
This week I’m heading to Florida for a week long family vacation (No worries, I’ll have my mac book with me for some work time) and follow up for my one year kidneyversary! YAY! I’m already looking forward to capturing and sharing all the sweet moments with my babies. We have 4 days planned for Disney and one day at the beach in Daytona 🙂
Here are a few images from our beach trip.. no posing.. just real life. I love looking back on these sweet moments with my kids… I love seeing the joy in faces.. I can hear their laughter. THIS is what brings me so much JOY!

– To photograph is to hold one’s breath, when all faculties converge to capture fleeting reality. It’s at that precise moment that mastering an image becomes a great physical and intellectual joy. – Henri Cartier-Bresson
Images of kids enjoying the beach, what could be better?! Love these!
These are such amazing images! We, as parents, really need to make sure to capture all these moments with our kids. “We’re on borrowed time”. I love the realness that film gives in the images. I can’t wait to see more of your images. I love following your blog! You’re an amazing Photographer!
