A San Fernando Cathedral Wedding | Jordan & Andrew

Classy. Elegant. Stunning.

These are just a few of the words that come to mind when I think of Jordan and Andrew’s wedding day!  From the lush floral arrangements to their beautiful venue at the San Fernando Cathedral, I’m pretty sure I was in photographer heaven the entire day. 🙂 I just love these two!!

Jordan and Andrew’s love story begins 5 years ago, when the two of them connected on a random Thursday night.

“I was in town from Austin for Spring Break,” Jordan explained. “And was out celebrating my acceptance into nursing school!  I walked into a bar where Andrew just happened to be out with friends, and he caught my eye immediately.  We spent most of the night catching each other looking each other’s way. 😉 Finally we ended up getting a dance together before closing time, and exchanged numbers.  Before we knew it we were traveling back and forth from Austin to San Antonio, and spending lots of time getting to know each other!”

“After dating for several years, we were at an Ugly Christmas Sweater party when he proposed!  It was the Ultimate Surprise!  We were making a toast in the center of our living room, and were each standing saying a couple of words. Andrew starts talking, and all of the sudden I see him move to stand in front of me and get down on one knee!  Out of the corner of my eye I see this little box in his hands behind his back. Could it really be happening?!

“I was in immediate disbelief and could not help but start crying tears of joy and excitement. Despite the ugly Christmas sweater I was wearing (lol!) it truly was the perfect moment, and an obvious YES to marry this amazing man.”

And amazing is exactly how I would describe these two’s wedding day. 🙂 Because in the end it wasn’t the florals, it wasn’t the shoes, and it wasn’t the venue that made this day so incredibly special. It was Jordan and Andrew.  It was their family and friends. And the love they shared on their beautiful wedding day.

Jordan and Andrew, I’m so happy for you!  Here’s to all the special moments as you begin your new life together!!! <3
